On day one
After you sign on, we open a shared Slack or email thread. You get a Loom video walking through the plan, a written scope, and a date.
- Shared comms channel (Slack for Pro, email for Starter and Growth).
- Written scope you approve before we start building.
- A start date and a launch date. Both in writing.
During the build
We deliver in 2 weeks. You see progress at least twice a week, usually a short Loom walking through what changed and what is next.
On launch day
You get the keys.
- A live URL or a working automation in your tools.
- A short admin guide. How to pause, edit, or hand off.
- A login for the monitoring dashboard.
- A 30-minute handoff call.
Every month after
You get a one-page report. How many runs, how many errors, what changed, what is next. No 40-slide deck. One page.
