Pricing, plainly

Two numbers. A setup fee to build the thing. A monthly fee to keep it running. That is the whole pricing model for AI automation. Web apps and websites are quoted per project.

Why setup + monthly?

AI automation is not a one-time delivery. It is a system that runs every day. The setup fee covers the build: discovery, prompts, integrations, testing. The monthly fee covers what it costs to run: model usage, hosting, monitoring, and the time we spend keeping it sharp.

Pay once to set it up. Pay monthly to keep it running. That is the deal.

The three tiers

Pick the tier that matches the volume of work you want automated. You can move up or down any month.

  • Starter. $99-$149/mo plus $1,000 setup. One automation. Best for a solo founder with one bottleneck.
  • Growth. $299-$399/mo plus $1,500-$2,000 setup. Three automations plus a custom AI assistant. For small teams.
  • Pro. $599-$999/mo plus $2,000-$3,000 setup. Unlimited automations and a dedicated Slack channel. For real operations.

Web apps and websites

These are quoted per project, not on subscription. A landing page is different from a custom dashboard. We send a fixed price after a 30-minute call.

  • Web design. $500-$8,000 per project, depending on scope.
  • Web apps and MVPs. Typically $5,000-$15,000.

What is not included

Third-party costs that have your name on them. If your automation sends email through your Postmark account, you pay Postmark. If it posts to your CRM, you pay the CRM. We keep our pricing clean by keeping vendor bills in your name.

Cancel anytime

No annual contracts. No clawback. Cancel a monthly plan with 30 days notice and we hand over what we built.
