AI Automation runs on a subscription. Web Apps and Web Design are one-time builds. The number you see is the number you'll pay. Custom work gets a flat quote on a 30-minute call.

What the AI Automation setup fee buys

You're paying for the build. Not the meetings.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery call

60 minutes. We map the boring parts of your work, pick the highest-ROI automation, and lock scope.

  2. Step 02

    Build + train

We write the prompts, wire up the tools (Gmail, Stripe, your CRM, Slack, whatever you use), and train it on your real data.

  3. Step 03

    Test on real work

We run it on a week of your real inbound. You see exactly what it does before it touches a single customer.

  4. Step 04

    Launch + handoff

We flip the switch, you get a loom walkthrough, and we monitor it for the first 30 days.

02 · Web Design · project-priced

A site that closes for you.

Brand-first design. No bloat templates. Fast, accessible, and built to convert, deployed with everything wired up.

Spark MVP · $3,000 one-time · phased build · 2 revision rounds

Need something bigger? Multi-user SaaS, complex business logic, custom integrations? We quote those on a call.

What's an MVP?

The smallest version that still works.

MVP stands for “minimum viable product,” the first essential version of your product. One core workflow, login, a dashboard, basic admin. Real users can use it. Real value, on a foundation you can grow from.

We build it in 2 to 3 weeks. Two revision rounds included. You own the code. Hosted on us until it's ready to move.

A Phase 1 Launch typically includes

  • Login and access control
  • A dashboard or app shell
  • One primary workflow (the thing your users do most)
  • A basic admin view for your team
  • Foundational content and data tools
  • Custom domain + email + analytics setup

Bigger needs (integrations, multi-team workflows, reporting dashboards) are quoted on a call.

Add-ons · single-number pricing

The extras, priced like the tiers.

Stack any of these onto any tier. Useful for ballparking a custom build before we even get on a call.

  • Extra page

    $75

Same design system, same revision policy as the base build.

  • Rush delivery

    +25%

Cut the timeline roughly in half. Limited slots per month.

  • Branding refresh

    $300

Logo / wordmark, color + font palette, social profile graphics, business-card mockup.

Custom + Enterprise · quote on a call

Bigger projects get a flat number on a 30-minute call.

We don't publish enterprise prices because every build is different. Instead, we use the add-ons table above to build a line-item quote you can take to your CFO. No surprises.

  • Multi-user SaaS platforms with complex business logic, roles, and admin dashboards
  • AI Automation deployments for teams of 10+ with custom integrations
  • Full-brand websites with photo direction, illustration, or motion design
  • Stripe subscriptions, customer portals, and recurring-billing flows
  • Lead workflows: forms → CRM, newsletter, booking, chatbot routing
  • Custom integrations: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Calendly, Notion, Airtable, custom APIs
  • Site migrations from Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or legacy stacks

Custom & enterprise

Quote on a call

Every build is different. We'll scope it on a 30-minute call and send a flat number the same day.

FAQ

The questions everyone asks.

Why a subscription for AI Automation but a one-time price for sites and apps?
Automations aren't "set and forget." Models change, your business changes, and prompts drift. The monthly keeps them running and improving. Sites and apps are one-time builds. You pay, you own the code, you launch.
What does the AI Automation setup fee actually cover?
Building the thing. Wiring it into your tools (Gmail, your CRM, Stripe, etc.), training it on your real data, and running it on a week of your real inbound before it goes live. One-time, paid up front.
How fast can you deliver?
Launch site: 24 hours. Growth site: 1 week. Pro site: 2 weeks. Spark MVP: 2 to 3 weeks. AI Automation: 1 to 3 weeks depending on tier. We quote a hard date on the call and put it in writing.
Do I own the code and design?
Yes. Web app and web design code is yours under an MIT license. You get the GitHub repo, the design files, and the credentials. No lock-in.
Can you connect to my existing tools?
Yes. Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Stripe, Calendly, Notion, Airtable, Slack, your custom database. If it has an API, we can wire it in. See the add-ons table for integration pricing.
What if I need something bigger than what's listed?
Custom and enterprise builds get a flat quote on a 30-minute call. Every build is different, so we don't publish a number. Use the add-ons table above to ballpark scope, then book a call.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign yours, or use a simple mutual one. Either way, your data stays yours.
